Ramona Milano plays Francesca Vecchio, who has the misfortune to demand her way into a bank robbery and get taken hostage by the crooks, in this episode of the action comedy cop series about a strait-laced Canadian Mountie in New York. Francesca gets duct taped to a chair, but uses her position to snag the wire the baddies have attached to an explosive charge, and cuts through it with the metal brace on the back of her chair. The crooks are stunned when the bomb doesn't go off, and more stunned when it suddenly explodes and sends them flying before the door caves in and water from the fire suppression system pours out....
