Phanie Napoli plays Angelina Medera in this particularly poignant episode, where she and her baby are kidnapped by her own brother who has a grudge against Detective Tubbs. The baby is stolen and she's left tied and well-gagged inside a car with a bomb wired to the windows and horn of the car as well as with a remote detonator. Tubbs finally ascends to the kidnappers' demands and goes to the arranged meeting point, but Angelina knows its all just a set up to kill the man she loves, and sets off the bomb herself.
