Yumi Sugimoto plays Rin in this weird, gonzo, violent Japanese film about a group of mutant girls rebelling against an oppressive government. In the first bit of this extended clip, Rin is tricked with a phony apology by a group of mean girls at her school, knocked down a flight of stairs and knocked unconscious. She wakes up in the nurses office under the care of a doctor, who checks her out and questions her. Unfortunately the woman works for the government baddies, and Rin is strapped down on her bed. But the threat of a little beauty sleep triggers Rin's Hilko powers, a long thin wire springs out of her hand, slashes the doctor's ear off and cuts her restraints as well. Later at the Hilko secret base, Rin is helmeted and strapped into an electric chair, as her trainer taunts her and cranks up the power. Rin finally has her breakthrough and her powers are fully activated, transforming one hand into a dangerously sharp half-metal claw. She snaps through her bonds and attacks her tormentor. Later, while pursuing the general in charge of the anti-Hilko crusade, Rin is attacked by a weird cyborg. He wraps her up in wires and tries to pull her into a grinder built into his over-sized mechanical arm, but another Hilko comes to her rescue. Finally, Rin is strapped down by her arms as punishment for not killing innocent humans during the last raid, but set free quickly.
