In this episode, MAD has taken control of a popular TV quiz show and using its resources to hypnotize and control people. In this bit, Penny is spotted while eavesdropping on Dr. Claw's conversation through her computer book, and surprised as she's gagged first, trussed up and hauled away by a MAD henchman. He deposits her inside a huge mock-up of a bottle and Penny makes a lightning fast escape from her bonds before trying to contend with how to escape the bottle.
