Randi Oakes plays Officer Bonnie Clark, who finds herself going it alone against a biker gang who are tormenting a group of teenage girls (among them a young Heather Locklear as an unnamed character.) The gang handcuffs her, kidnaps her and this causes more than half the gang to split rather than get into serious trouble with the law. Bonnie is taken back to their hideout and held prisoner there. The boss tries to tie her to a chair, but his old lady intervenes. Later, Bonnie touches a bike one of the gang members is working on and the machine totally falls apart. The man loses it and she gets tied somewhat sloppily to a chair and spends the night that way.
