Wow, this again? It's been awhile since this question was tossed my way, but my advice remains the same- seek out your local erotic power exchange group (most every major city has one) through your adult novelty venue or other advertisement source and attend some meetings. Be polite. Be friendly. Be honest. Help out when you can (someone has to make the coffee beforehand, and put away the chairs and tables afterward y'know ?). Attend a few play parties when the invitation is extended. If you don't feel comfortable or welcome with one group after making an effort, go to another one. There's no harm. :-). It might take time, but you'll be neck-deep in like-minded bondage folks.
If you can't do that, oh well....
