Mena Suvari plays Heather in this lackluster action film about a true crime writer who begins investigating his friend's murder only to uncover a drug conspiracy headed by a pillar of the community. In this bit, Heather is slapped down, hooded and has her hands zip-tied behind her as she's kidnapped by some thugs while going to meet a contact. At the lead baddie's mansion, she sits tied in a chair as the thugs gloat and discuss what's to be done with her. But our hero the writer (who's apparently ex-military or something) has come armed and ready shoot a few baddies to save the day. And shoot he does...
