In this clever, violent parody of action movies set in a dystopian crime-riddled future, a sociopathic gangster is given a new lease on life when he's shot in the face and given the face of the cop who tried to kill him (and failed). Toward the end of the episode, he puts the moves on hot-to trot police commissioner Eva Braden (played by Jessica Steen). She makes the mistake of unlocking his cuffs and winds up in them, gagged with bandages tied in place with a blood pressure gauge tube.
