In this 8 minute German horror movie Sarah (played by Ina Wagner) finds herself in the kitchen of a man named Albert for an after dinner drink. But the drink is drugged and she finds herself tied up and gagged in an attic. Albert as it turns out has a sister who is terribly injured and needs an organ transplant, and Sarah is a proper donor....
