Tracey Needham plays Lt. Meg Austin who is kidnapped by some white supremists who are after a cache of "satchel nukes" kept in a secured bunker. Meg is pulled from a creek after she dives in to save another man shot by one of her kidnappers and afterward, she's handcuffed and gagged with duct tape as they near the base where the devices are kept. Inside the bunker, she's handcuffed to a pipe and coerced into telling her abductor how to finish setting up the bomb before the man shoots his partners and makes his escape...
