Lastly, Morgan and some thugs sneak into the Inter-Ocean Oil offices and after making short work of her protectors, Tiger Woman (Linda Stirling) is captured, gagged (finally!!) and tied to a chair. Morgan goes to retrieve some explosives from a store room and then sends a man out with boxes of torpedoes (???) to use to destroy a riverboat. Not long after, our hero arrives and gets the drop on the baddies before going to free Tiger Woman. He in turn is cornered by the returning henchman, after some tense moments, another fight breaks out and Tiger Woman lends a hand, or at least a lamp to keep our hero from getting shot and she in turn is saved from a spear.
