Found in my wanderings, in this bit from a Fear Factor style reality / game show a pretty brunette woman named Sharona is gagged and has her hands and arms inside a large plexiglass case, the bottom of which is crawling Madagascar hissing cockroaches. I presume the gag is to keep her from giving some clue to other contestants.
