In this short bit from the episode, Jimmy Olsen and Lois Lane (Noel Neill) are suckered in by a phone call about smoke coming from Lois's apartment and quickly captured at gunpoint by a thug looking for seven souvenir knives. He has Jimmy tied Lois's hands behind her back and blindfold her with two large white hankies and then gives Jimmy a conk on th head when he tries to be a hero. Lois is forced to take a seat on the couch as the crook leaves. Superman arrives just as Jimmy comes to, and frees Lois.
