Gwendolyn Garver plays Ashley and Jennifer Tisdale plays Lauren in this violent horror film about a serial killer who has taken up residence in abandoned building and regards it as his sovereign territory. Ashley and Lauren and knocked out and wake up tied to chairs with rope and tape, with Ashley's boyfriend strapped to gurney (well most of him, anyway). The killer leaves to chase down another intruder (Ashley's mother, a police officer) and the girl takes the opportunity to cut herself loose.
