Played for laughs, in this bit from the short-lived cartoon series,Alice's sister perpetual Southern Belle Miranda comes to visit (and to bag a rich husband) but quickly wears out her welcome at her sister's house. Quite miffed, she declares she's quite capable of making it on her own in New York City and leaves. One knock later, Miranda has her feet encased in cement, tire treads across her dress, and her hands tied in front with a large rope.
