In the opening moments of this show dedicated to the cast of Charlie's Angels, Kate Jackson enters the set dressed up to resemble Charlie's office with her hands tied front with cord, saying she just left to the show's set from filming a scene where she was all tied up, eating a sandwich. Mike good-naturedly unties her.
