In this made for TV movie, a younger Kristin Davis plays Babette Watson, a waitress who has psychic visions of murders before they happen, who toward the end of the film finds herself kidnapped by the serial killer the police have been looking for. He sets a trap for the detective who's been chasing him and ties and gags Babette to a chair with duct tape before hiding her in a bedroom. Babette tries to send psychic flashes to the cop before he shows up. He arrives home and the cop and the killer fight it out. After some time, she manages to pry herself loose from the tape, shoots and kills her captor.
