Marian Rivera plays the sexy scantily-clad Phillipine super-heroine Darna in this action fantasy TV series. In this clip, Darna is called out by the Bazooka Gang when they rob a bank. As our heroine confronts the leader, she's darted in the neck, knocked out and carried off. At the gang's headquarters, Darna is strapped and locked into a close-fitting cage of sorts with rows of razor-sharp knives embedded across the top to keep her from struggling. Darna is to be sold off to a mad scientist for 30 million pesos, however the leader's mother has a change of heart, and after seeing the local priest and overhearing a plot to blow up the mayor at an awards ceremony, she excuses the henchmen guarding Darna on some pretense and sets her free.
