Gorgeous French actress Emmanuelle Béart plays the titular earthbound angel in this amusing 80's romantic comedy. In this clip our hero escorts the angel through a park having forgotten about a meeting with his former fiancee at a gazebo in order to make amends. They get in a fight and he runs after her as some friends of his emerge from the bushes with a net and capture the Angel. They haul her off and stuff her in the backseat of a waiting car. Our hero barely catches up with them, but they manage to literally shake him off. at a cheap motel, the angel sits gagged up to her nose and tied to a chair with bed sheets as her kidnappers try in vain to keep her calm and fed. At the town community center they boys have her cloaked gagged and tied to a chair with a thick rope, with plans to expose her to the press. She tries some angel mojo on one of the boys, and so gets blindfolded. Chaos erupts as the curtains are drawn back, our hero arrives and proclaims it's all a fake and the angel gets untied and begins to fight back. Our hero carries her off in the confusion.
