Caitlin Wachs plays Penny Gadget in this movie sequel, in which she's caught and tied up by Dr. Claw and his thugs while snooping around a warehouse . She's taken along as a hostage while Dr. Claw fires laser weapon that somehow stops time, and then to a gold depository so they can rob it. Uncle gadget tries to intervene, but Penny is spirited away in a van. Our hero gives chase and Penny is shot out the back of the van, chained into a giant bowling pin shaped car filled with timed explosives. Gadget goes after her and makes the save.
