Riddler is on a rampage against the business partners that screwed him out of several inventions he's partially responsible for developing, culminating in an attack against a scientist he shared lab space with. The woman gets tied to a chair by the crook's thugs before he adheres several bio-memory chips to her face which will likely fry her brains. Batman and Robin intervene, but afterward they leave her for the cops to deal with since she's really a thief who wasn't caught.
