Belinda Montgomery plays Dr. Joan Gilmore in this classic horror flick about a psychopath who is released from the asylum via a computer error, and promptly returns to the sorority house where he committed his first murders. Toward the end of the movie, she's attacked by the killer and narrowly escape only to get knocked out and dragged away by him. In the basement, he ties her down across the table under a power drill, gags her with duct tape and rigs it so when the lights are turn on the drill comes on. The two thugs sent by the crooked asylum staff to fetch the killer ( as well as the doctor) go after them, and one of them tries to have his way with the helpless woman, but his partner turns on the lights, activating the drill, killing the man. the killer and the other thug get in a scrap and he's likewise killed.
