After she gets into some serous trouble at home following a car accident, Alex Mack (played by Larisa Oleynik) makes the wish she was never born and wakes to a world where no one knows her. Toward the end of the episode, Alex discovers her mother Barbara Mack (played by Dorian Lopinto) locked inside a lab, blindfolded and restrained in a hospital bed with leather straps. She tries to get her mother free, but is interfered with by one of the baddies. The woman tells her to run for help, and Alex finds her Dad. But of course, he doesn't know her, and he turns her in. Alex finds herself strapped to a table and about to be anesthetized but then the dream unravels.
