Valerie Perrine plays air-headed heiress Pamela in this mildly amusing comedy about the antics of the locals, the government, and a small band of would-be terrorists on a small island nation after the new oil-drilling rig instead brings up the finest mineral water ever discovered. In this bit, the governor and Pamela are captured by the terrorists and hauled off to the jungle where they are later seen tied together side by side to a tree. He has Pamela try to fish a lighter out of his pocket, but she grabs something else instead first...
