This clip from the History Channel series tells the story of Cleopatra's first meeting with Julius Caesar, as she pays a servant to roll her up in a carpet and carry her over to Caesar's apartments in Alexandria in a bid to evade her enemies' spies and align herself with Rome. to demonstrate if such a feat were plausible, a model dressed in the approximate garb Cleopatra would have worn is rolled up in a carpet and carried on the shoulders of two men with her vital signs carefully monitored by a paramedic.
