Natasha Henstridge plays Rachel Sutherland in this made for TV film about a woman who unwillingly finds herself in the center of an assassination plot. In this clip, Rachel is overpowered and captured by the baddies. Shes handcuffed to a table gagged with duct tape and her ankles are bound with tape as well. Later she attached by her cuffs to the huge bird cage in her apartment.
