Miki Nakatani plays Satomi who hires a man to help her fake her own kidnapping to extort money from her seemingly cold executive husband. In the first scene, during the ransom call, she's seen tied up on the floor in a sort of loose forward hogtie with a double-strand of thick rope under the man's feet. He gags her with brown packing tape while talking to her husband so the man can hear her cries being muffled. Later, he ties her up with a thick white nylon rope in the same fashion as before, and instructs her how to untie and re-tie herself during the day. as she's lying on the floor he forces himself on her. Satomi resists and he relents, but then she gives him a kiss afterward.
