Shannon Lee (daughter of the late, great Bruce Lee) plays Vanessa Feng in this episode from the cop / action series starring incredible martial artist Sammo Hung. In this episode, a ruthless fast food chain owner wants to take over Sammo's favorite restaurant and so toward the end of the show he sends some Texas thugs to kidnap her. Our hero finds her in a horse stall on the lead baddie's property, manacled with arms stretched out and gagged with duct tape. He vaults into the horse stall and with the aid of some lockpicks sets her free.
