Rachel Duncan plays Bea Van Arsdale in this direct to video family outing about a petty crook who escapes jail and hides out as a babysitter, and then finds herself saddled with two rich spoiled brats. the sitter gives into her old ways and agrees to a plot to sell the kids off to a mad doctor for medical experiments. Bea is seen strapped to a medical table while her brother is tied to a chair with his eyes pried open. The doctor promises to take the things out of her brother's eyes if she'll drink his cough medicine, but of course he lied and the stuff actually makes kids cough (for what good is a cold medicine supply without a demand ?). Afterward Bea and her brother a Velcro-fastened to the wall for pitching machine target practice, however the sitter has had a change of heart and returns gun in hand to rescue the kids.
