In this infamous sequence from Kubrick's classic science fiction film based on the novella of the same title, our anti-hero Alex and his thugs (or Droogs) end a night of ultra-violence by forcing cars off the road, culminating a brutal home invasion. After pulling the "can we use your phone, there's been an accident" trick the masked thugs break into the house and quickly capture the occupants. Mrs. Alexander (played by Adrienne Corri) is carried over the shoulder and held so she can be gagged with a red ball stuffed in her mouth and sealed in place with several winds of transparent tape. Her husband is pinned to the floor, likewise gagged, savagely kicked and beaten, and forced to watch as his wife's clothes are cut off and she's raped (off-camera).
