Dr. Drakken teams up with an alien amazon dubbed Warmonga to get his revenge on Kim Possible after an extended prison stay and naturally smart-mouthed former evil sidekick Shego turns up to give him a hard time. But when Shego won't show proper respect for "The Great Blue", Warmonga attacks her and she winds up knocked unconscious and afterward locked up in some strange hovering manacles that keep her powers under restraint (albeit temporarily.)
