In this hilarious slapstick sequel, former Chief Inspector Dreyfus has gone stark, raving, comic book villain insane, and escaped the asylum to stalk and kill his nemesis (and former employee) Inspector Clouseau. In the first bit, as Dreyfus is drilling holes through the ceiling from the apartment below to spy on Clouseau, we get a glimpse of a man and wife (played by unknowns) bound and gagged side by side on the kitchen floor. Later in the film, at his castle lair Dreyfus tries to persuade a kidnapped professor to share his doomsday invention with him, but the man refuses, and so he has the professor's lovely daughter Margo Fassbender (played by Briony McRoberts) taken to "School room". there, the girl is strapped into a large wooden chair as dreyfus dons a clawed gauntlet and proceeds to scrape a chalkboard with the sharpened steel tips. Hearing, his daughter's screams, the professor submits.
