Holliday Grainger returns as Ruby who is stalked, chased down and captured by a hulking trollish monster who is working for another vampire. At the hideout she sits duct taped into a chair as the leader makes his entrance and proper introductions. A call to our hero gets things moving in earnest. We see Ruby hidden under a concrete slab, bound with rope and gagged with duct tape. Mina Harker and our hero's mentor arrive. Ruby is pulled out from under a grating, but the villain snatches her and holds her at claw-point. Mina encourages our hero to shoot anyway and "have faith".
