Lauren Collins plays senator's daughter Megan Morrison who is kidnapped by some thugs as electrical mutant Brennan lose control of his powers. She's later seen tied to a chair in the hideout as the lead baddie makes his ransom calls. Afterward, he gets a sense the senator might try to trick him and locks an explosive collar around Megan's neck. Our heroes send the senator's security chief in to make the exchange (since he was in on the plot to begin with) but things quickly go awry and the team has to break in. A fight ensues and the lead baddie keeps the heroes at bay with the remote to Megan's collar...
