In this extended clip from the dark comedy, Helen Mirren plays the bitter, bitchy, nasty Mrs. Tingle who is determined to ruin a girl's chance at Valedictorian by accusing her of cheating. Leigh Ann and two of her friends try to talk sense into her and things go horribly awry. A near miss from a crossbow knocks the woman unconscious when her head smacks the wall. The kids carry her upstairs to a bedroom, bandage her wound and tied her wrists to the headboard of the bed with torn bed linen.
Mrs. Tingle wakes up later that night and talks one of the kids into loosen the bindings because she's in pain, but its a ruse and she tries to escape, but is quickly re-captured. Mrs. Tingle is gagged with a brown scarf. In the morning, another talk goes no better and the kids are forced to re-gag her when Mrs. Tingle's boyfriend arrives unannounced. Mrs. Tingle puts up a hell of a racket while one of the girls impersonates Mrs.Tingle and later the man finally gets blind stinking drunk and passes out. The kids hit upon a plan to blackmail the evil teacher by tossing the unconscious man and taking pictures with him while she's tied in the bed.

*Originally to be released as Killing Mrs. Tingle, but The events on 20 April 1999 at Columbine High School (Littleton, Colorado, USA) in which 13 people were murdered by two of their own classmates, prompted the name change.*
