In this classic comedy /mystery, Joan Blondell plays gal reporter Rosemary Durant who gets attacked by a thug looking for some diamonds in an apartment. Our hero gets the better of the thug, and we hear a thumping in the closet. He opens the door to reveal Rosemary bound and gagged on the floor looking very put out about it. He gets her to her feet , removes the gag and unties her hands but leaves Rosemary to untie her own ankles as the baddie makes his escape.
