Lisa Marcos plays Detective Charlie Marks in this interesting series about a young man with psychic powers. Toward the end of the episode, she goes to re-question a rape suspect only to have a neighbor tell her he heard a gunshot inside his apartment. They find the man dead on the floor and the man offers to call 911, only to knock her out with his pistol. On the roof, Charlie struggles cleave gagged and tied to a chair as the man tells her what he wants to do to her. Our hero uses his special powers to find Charlie and then to set up a distraction to keep the man busy, so Charlie can get loose. She promptly beats the hell out of the guy.
