At a women's reformatory, a group of scientist discover they can extend their lives by siphoning the lifeforce of others. Their prime test subject Eric however needs more frequent infusions which puts the whole evil scheme in jeopardy. In the first bit, inmate Carol Adams (Charlotte Austin) is snatched and carried off from her place in solitary while the other girls are watching a movie. In the lab, the hapless girl has her hands tied in back and is gagged over the mouth before being put in a bathtub for the infusion process. She doesn't survive the transfer, naturally. Afterward, "Big Marge" Collins (Tina Carver) is attacked, hand-gagged and carried away to be the next experimental subject. She puts up a good fight, but is cleave-gagged and stuck in the tub nonetheless. Finally, Anna Sherman (Barbara Wilson) is knocked out with an injection prior to being hauled away to the lab, but our hero interferes in the abduction and gets knocked out himself. In the lab, Anna is gagged and put in the tub, but our hero recovers well enough to contaminate the water with salt, spoiling the experiment. Eric staggers around the lab, attacking his fellows and finally drops dead.
