In this overly long, badly paced, stupid and all around Grade F creature feature, a mad scientist turns himself into a man-fish ( more like a Grinch-fish) to exact revenge on the other scientists who mocked him. With his revenge quickly finished, he turns to his next goal of creating a suitable mate. He spies a girl camper (Nancy Lien0 while swimming, grabs her and carries her off to his lair where she tied and strapped (poorly) into a metal cradle over a pool and afterward given an injection of stuff before being put into the water. The poor girl struggles and drowns, but doesn't transform. He wrecks part of the lab in frustration.
Afterward, Agent Martha Walsh (Sanna Ringhaver) is left alone in a cabin while the other "nature police" agents investigate, all the better to be overpowered and carried unconscious back to the lair. He puts her in the cradle strapped and bound and gives her an injection. She screams alert another agent who happened to be in the basement reading the mad scientist's journal and somehow didn't hear a damn thing. He take his sweet time arming himself with a metal pipe and after a clumsy fight with the monster leaves him bloody, he manages to keep Martha from being dumped in the water. The monster staggers off with containers of the stuff to infect the oceans, and Martha wanders off wide-eyed like she's under some sort of spell.
*Terrible, simply ghastly. One of the worst I've seen. MST3K fodder.*
