In this episode, Calamity (Nancy Gilbert) is left to watch a prisoner who tricks her into untying his hands and so he promptly grabs her, hand-gags her and shuts her up in another room. He makes his escape and so our hero finds Calamity and lets her go. Later, Calamity and several others are captured by Jesse James' old gang looking for some loot he buried. They are seen bound and seated on the riverbank as teh crooks dig for a chest. Some Indians attack, giving our hero time to act.
