An assignment at a beach resort to find some stolen rocket fuel leads to danger for the lovely Shana (Gloria Foster) who is betrayed, kidnapped and taken to a ship by the thugs that murdered her brother. One of our heroes finds her tied up and gagged below decks and sets her free.
