Hailey Foster plays Kelly Sullivan, the president's daughter who slips out of the White House and is recognized and kidnapped by two lowlifes. She's hauled off to a van , tied up with rope and gagged with duct tape. They take her to wax museum and leave her tied to a display. a street kid who has been following the van slips in and tries to rescue her. The kidnappers give chase and catch the kids in a net. The boy and girl stay tied up together back to back for a time before the kidnappers come back for them. The cops on their tale, the kidnappers threaten to dump the hostages out the back of the moving van...
