In this extended clip, Rei (Naoko Iijima) is captured and knocked out a mafia thug. She wakes up in a cell, stripped to her underwear, tightly bound to the cell bars with cloth strips. A sadistic midget torments and taunts her. Afterward, she's strung up by her wrists with rope in the wide circle of fire. Later, Yumi (Miho Suzuki) is brought in stripped to her lingerie and bound up in a rolling basket with cloth strips. Both ladies are wrapped together back to back with transparent fabric on a large spindle as a heavy rope is slowly tightly wound around them. Rei pulls out a hidden blade and cuts them loose, then reverses the mechanism, strangling the midget to death. The girls make an escape attempt, but Yumi is shot in the process. Later, Rei kidnaps a Mafioso's daughter (played by Shiro Namiki ) and ties her up in a tight web of ropes as bait. Rei is caught at gun point during a chase and seen with her hands and feet tied with plastic wrap lying on the concrete floor while her captor tries to cut off her lingerie and rape her. She gets the better of him and kills the man.
