After the original Airwolf team is fired and replaced by the Agency, it turns out their pilot has a grudge against Hawk and so Caitlin O'Shannessy (Jean Bruce Scott) is kidnapped off-screen to serve as rescue bait to draw him into a final showdown in the skies. She's very briefly shown gagged with a red scarf with her hands tied behind her as she's dumped in front of the lead baddie who then has her untied.
