Elaine Tan plays Chinese agent Zi Chen who tries to lift some satellite schematics from the local conspiracy nut, and gets tasered by him. Our heroes turn up as and she's duct taped very securely to a chair. They question her and afterward take her along to a house where her team is supposed to reside. Still not trusting her, they zip-tie her hands to the steering wheel.
