Maggie McCarter plays kidnapped socialite Suzanne 'Susie' Brooks who finds herself in dead trouble as her original kidnapper has been shot dead and she's been left bound and gagged in the older part of the city called 'Ghost town' which is actively being burned and demolished. Later, the girl is spotted by a young boy but after he gets chewed out by his mother for being in the dangerous area, he forgets to tell her anything. Afterward, she has a close call with rescue, but the officer flees as some rumble comes down on him. Finally, our hero wrangles the young boy and finally convinces him to tell where he saw the girl and she's saved.
