In this combined clip from the other program which is a modern take on Sherlock Holmes, Lucy Liu plays Dr. Joan Watson, who trails a baddie to a mailbox and opens it after he leaves. Inside is an envelope with her picture in it. He confronts and chloroforms her. she's loaded into a speeding van and taken away. In the following episode, Joan sits in a chair with her hands zip-tied behind her back. After one of the kidnapper's thugs is shot and wounded, she's set free to work on him since she is a doctor after all. Afterward she's once seen with her hands zip-tied behind her.
