In this Japanese detective drama , a special agent uses his skills with a rope to wring confessions from unrepentant criminals (sounds good to me, so far). In this clip, he securely binds a seemingly ordinary female executive securely in her desk chair with yards and yards of rope and then has his assistant record her confession with a video camera. They leave her exhausted and embarrassed on the floor of her office. The actress remains unknown at this time.
