Another disc rescue; Jennie Garth plays troubled teenager Laura Mills in this melodramatic made for TV movie in which she's sent off to a high security mental facility by a crooked psychiatrist. In the first bit, she's shown strapped and buckled into a wheelchair in a hallway, and afterward she's manhandled by some guards and shown in a cell secured in a straitjacket. Later, she's brought into a patient's room by two female guards and forcibly strapped down to the bed, despite her protests. Dr. Creepy pays her a visit.
