A mental patient, escapes from an asylum to take revenge on the Baywatch lifeguards, particularly Logan and Stephanie, who helped put him away. Caroline fantasizes about solving the case Charlie's Angels style with herself, Stephanie Holden, and C. J . Parker (Pamela Anderson) fulfilling the roles of the Sabrina, Jill, and Kelly characters, respectively. In this amusing bit, Jill's truck is hijacked by the nutter, and she winds up tied up with lots of rope in the passenger seat beside him. Senor Loco aims the truck at C.J, Parker's lifeguard stand to destroy it, with Jill struggling in her ropes, and the other Angels giving chase. Jill gets her feet loose and stomps on the brake as Sabrina puts a gun in the driver's face to arrest him.
